The Ancient Rock-Cut Jain Temple at Gundangal Parai, near Kulithalai and Sathyamangalam, is a notable stop approximately 45 km before Srirangam, requiring a 10 km detour from the Bangalore-Srirangam highway. The visit was enjoyed under pleasant weather conditions.
